Matt Dyson: Substance
Substance was a collection of Joy Division singles released by Factory in 1988. It is also a thirty minute show at this year's Camden Fringe Festival where Dyson’s attempt to summarise the world by chronologically using the track listing as a starting point.
It is a celebration and probably defilement of a great band. It is a musing on immigration, despots, politicians cats, Paul Morley, cult films, TV chefs and a brain burp of the nonsense that make up 2010.
It is full of bile, bemusement but ultimately hope.

Pieces Of Me
A dark and disturbing insight into Dissociation Identity Disorder, DID, popularly known as Multiple Personality Disorder. Tom's is a devised piece that fuses new-writing, movement and puppetry to tell the true life story of Tom, a young man who, after a life-altering snowboarding accident, loses the use of his entire body from the shoulders down and is forced to rely upon the love, support and devotion of his partner, Ellen, to triumph over seeming impossibility.
Using a life-size puppet to convey paralysis, the piece captures the needing to change, after having to change.
